Confirmed booking with show

• Exhibition dates: 16th -23rd Nov 2018

• Set up from: 15th Nov from 12pm

• Hanging /Display of the exhibition is your responsibility, please come prepared & bring all

equipment/tools necessary

• Opening: Friday 16th Nov 6-8pm (fee applies)

• We use a rail hanging system with hooks, please ensure works are strung and ready to hang.

• Any damages will need to be rectified, please leave space as found - deposit of £20 will be

refunded once space is in satisfactory condition.

• Hire fee does not cover Public liability /Content insurance or Publicity.

• (if artworks are for sale) Sales Statements and all payments for total sales will be finalized after

end of exhibition.

• NO gallery commission will be taken on sales (5% cover charge only on credit/debit card payment

transactions)

• Any remaining work can be collected between 12-5pm on following Tuesday
